- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I play senior softball and I developed a bad case of plantar fasciitis on my left heel. Dr. McBroom gave me stretching exercises to do at home, a shot of cortisone and a splint to wear at home to keep my foot flexed. He also pointed out that I needed better athletic shoes and orthotic inserts. After my second visit requiring a second cortisone shot, I purchased the recommended shoe inserts and better athletic footwear, and I have been pain free ever since. I highly recommend Dr. McBroom.
